We are very excited to publish our first comprehensive paper on BioSpring! While we have published similar papers before, this is our first publication in 15 years to fully describe and introduce the BioSpring system. The paper presents our innovative approach to real-time molecular modeling using extended elastic network models, with applications in protein-protein docking, protein-DNA interactions, and protein mechanics analysis. We highlight the main advantages of BioSpring: immediate user feedback, low computational effort and exceptional accessibility compared to conventional methods. The full article is freely available.
